OEM & PRIVATE LABEL

OEM & Private Label

Buyers can provide complete specifications, reference images or physical samples.

For specification-based orders, development follows the confirmed construction, material, size, heading, lining, labeling and packaging requirements.

If development starts from a reference image, the fabric is selected or developed first, followed by sample confirmation before bulk production.

Xinlan also works with partner fabric mills to develop fabrics for finished-curtain programs, including coating, flame-retardant and waterproof requirements.

HOME TEXTILES

Consolidated with Curtains, or Ordered on Their Own

Retail programs sometimes combine curtains with coordinated home textiles in one shipment.

Cushions, throws, bedding and table linens can be consolidated into the same container as a curtain order, or ordered on their own.

Xinlan inspects and packs them to the same label, barcode and carton requirements as the curtains before loading.

Can Xinlan manufacture curtains from my specifications, image or physical sample?

What is the MOQ and typical bulk production lead time?

The typical MOQ is 200 pieces per color, and different finished sizes can be mixed within the same color. Bulk production typically takes around 30 days after the sample and specifications are approved and the bulk order is confirmed for production.

How are finished curtains inspected before shipment?

Every finished curtain receives a pre-packing visual inspection for obvious issues such as stains, loose threads and visible workmanship problems. A second, more detailed QC stage is performed by sampling. Buyer-appointed third-party inspections can also be accommodated.
