From Brief to Repeat Order
Development can begin from complete specifications, reference images or physical samples. Every branding and packaging component is confirmed before bulk production.

With complete specifications, development follows your confirmed fabric, finished size, heading, lining, labeling and packaging.
- 3–5 days
Fabric swatches
Swatches of standard fabrics. Custom fabric development typically takes 15+ days.
- Sample
Finished sample
When development starts from a reference image, the fabric is selected or developed first, then a finished sample is made for confirmation.
- ~30 days
Bulk production
After the sample and specifications are approved. MOQ 200 pieces per color, with different finished sizes allowed within the same color.
- Reorder
Repeat orders
Approved samples and production specification records are retained, so construction, finished size, labels and packaging stay consistent on reorders.
Timing may vary according to fabric development, construction and required testing.

CUSTOM FABRIC
Fabrics Developed for Your Program
For programs requiring specific materials, fabrics are sourced or developed at our dedicated mills according to the approved requirement, with Xinlan staff stationed on site to supervise production.
Development can include specified coating, flame-retardant and waterproof requirements. Applicable OEKO-TEX certified fabrics can be supplied, and fabric test reports can be provided where required and applicable.
