Shaoxing City Xinlan Textile Co., Ltd. has manufactured finished curtains since 2016. Cutting, sewing, inspection, packing and container loading are carried out at our factory in Shaoxing.
Production covers the key stages required to turn approved fabric and specifications into packed finished curtains. Fabric is woven, dyed, coated, printed or embroidered at our dedicated mills; the stages below take place at Xinlan.

Fabric Check & Cutting
Fabric is inspected again at Xinlan before cutting, then cut to the approved finished sizes.

Sewing
Hems and linings are sewn to the approved construction.

Heading & Finishing
Heading construction, including hole punching, grommet installation and pleating, followed by pressing and thread trimming.

Inspection
Every finished curtain is visually checked before packing, followed by a more detailed QC stage by sampling.

Packing
Packed to the confirmed label, barcode and carton requirements.

Loading
Carton marks and quantities are verified before the container is loaded.

QUALITY CONTROL
Two-Stage Inspection
Finished curtains pass through two inspection stages.
Before packing, every finished curtain receives a visual check for obvious issues such as stains, loose threads and visible workmanship problems.
A second, more detailed QC stage is performed by sampling.
Buyer-appointed third-party inspections can also be accommodated when required.

BULK SCALE
Bulk Production at Container Scale
Xinlan's regular business includes full-container and multi-container finished-curtain orders.
Indicative container loading can reach approximately 20,000 pieces for 140–160 gsm sheer curtains or around 17,000–18,000 pieces for products using fabrics above 200 gsm, depending on finished size and packaging.
Individual customer programs have included orders of up to 10 containers.
These loading quantities are references rather than fixed capacity figures.
SHIPPING
Packing and Shipment Preparation
Before shipment, orders are checked against confirmed packing and carton requirements.
Preparation can include customer logos, carton marks, barcode verification, carton quantity confirmation, packing verification and loading preparation.
When cushions, throws, bedding or table linens are included in an order, Xinlan inspects and packs them to the same requirements before loading.
COMPLIANCE
Audit and Material Documentation
The Xinlan factory has undergone BSCI audit.
Applicable OEKO-TEX certified fabrics can be supplied.
Specified fabric certificates and test reports can also be provided according to material and order requirements.
